1. What Reschedule is

Reschedule is a study planning tool for A-level, GCSE and IGCSE students. It builds a personal revision plan from the subjects and exam dates you enter, tracks your study sessions, and helps you manage past paper practice.

2. Data we collect

We only collect information that is needed to run the service:

  • Account details: email address and authentication tokens provided by the sign-in method you choose.
  • Study profile: subjects, qualification level, exam board, exam dates, target grades, available study days and hours.
  • Plan data: generated schedule, topic completion status, streaks and study session logs.
  • Past paper attempts: scores, paper details and any notes you add.
  • Notification preferences: whether you have opted into browser reminders.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to generate and display your personal study plan, calculate countdowns, keep your streak, sync progress across devices, and send optional reminders. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed backend database protected by row-level security and authentication. We follow standard security practices to keep your information safe, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and local storage

Reschedule uses local storage to remember your onboarding state and plan while you are signed in. Authentication cookies are used to keep you logged in securely. Browser notifications are only sent if you explicitly enable them.

6. Third-party links

The app links to independent revision resources such as Save My Exams and Physics & Maths Tutor. These sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.

7. Your rights

You can update your subjects, exam dates and preferences in Settings at any time. You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. We will action deletion requests as soon as practicable.
