OCR A-level Law past papers and mark schemes
19 papers · June 2022 – June 2025
OCR A-level Law (H418) is grouped here into four components. Component 01 covers The legal system and criminal law, Component 02 Law making and the law of tort, Component 03 The nature of law and human rights, and Component 04 The nature of law and the law of contract. All four are listed at 80 marks and 2 hours.
There are 19 files, each with its mark scheme, hosted on the OCR website. Fifteen are from exam series between June 2022 and June 2025, and 4 are specimen papers, one for each component. Components 01, 02 and 03 have 5 papers each, while Component 04 has 4, so one series is missing from that list. Within each component, papers run newest first.
With only a few series available, it helps to use them carefully. Begin with the specimen for a component, mark it against the mark scheme, and note which kinds of question cost you marks before you move on to June 2022 and later. Save the June 2025 paper as a final timed run in the weeks before your exam. Reschedule is an A-level revision planner: you add your subjects, exam board, paper dates and the hours you can study, and it builds a daily plan in which each subtopic comes before the paper that examines it. Subtopics link to study material such as textbook chapters and Save My Exams.
