AQA A-level Law past papers and mark schemes

28 papers · November 2020 – June 2025

AQA A-level Law (7162) appears here as four papers. Paper 1 is Nature of law and the English legal system with criminal law, Paper 2 pairs the same legal system content with tort, and the two papers labelled as options are Paper 3A, with law of contract, and Paper 3B, with human rights. Each of the four has 7 papers listed, and each is set at 100 marks and 2 hours.

All 28 files have a mark scheme in the same row and open on the AQA website. Of these, 24 come from six exam series running from November 2020 to June 2025, including the November 2020 and November 2021 sittings, and 4 are specimen papers. Within each paper the list runs newest first, so June 2025 sits at the top.

A steady way to use them is to answer one paper in 2 hours with your notes closed, mark it line by line against the mark scheme, and rewrite the answer that lost the most marks. Start with the November series and the specimens, and keep the June 2025 papers for the last few weeks. Reschedule, an independent A-level revision planner, can then fit that practice around the rest of your work: it builds a daily plan from the specification down to individual subtopics, places each subtopic before the paper that examines it, and adds past papers with mark schemes for each paper.
