Pearson Edexcel A-level Physics past papers and mark schemes

Past papers for Pearson Edexcel A-level Physics (9PH0) on this page start in June 2017 and run to June 2025, with October 2020 and November 2021 included between the June series. They are grouped under Paper 1: Advanced Physics I, Paper 2: Advanced Physics II and Paper 3: General and Practical Principles in Physics.
Paper 1 and Paper 2 are 90 marks each over 1 hour 45 minutes, and Paper 3 is 120 marks over 2 hours 30 minutes.
