AQA A-level Chemistry past papers and mark schemes

Paper 1: Inorganic and Physical Chemistry and Paper 2: Organic and Physical Chemistry are each worth 105 marks, and Paper 3 is worth 90 marks, all with 2 hours on the clock. This page collects them for AQA A-level Chemistry, specification 7405, with 10 papers under each heading.
The 30 papers stretch across 9 exam series, from June 2017 to June 2025, and include 3 specimen papers. Each one has a mark scheme, and 27 come with an insert, so keep that to hand while you work.
