AQA A-level French past papers and mark schemes
16 papers · November 2020 – June 2025
Covering 6 exam series from November 2020 to June 2025, this page gathers AQA A-level French past papers for specification 7652. Paper 1: Listening, reading and writing is worth 100 marks in 2 hours 30 minutes, and Paper 2: Writing is worth 80 marks in 2 hours, with 7 papers listed for each.
Paper 3: Speaking, coded 7652/3T/3V, has only 2 files here, so there is far less to practise from for that paper than for Paper 1 and Paper 2. All 16 files have a mark scheme, 6 include an insert, and 2 are specimen papers. Every file is hosted by AQA, the board that sets the papers. For Paper 1 and Paper 2, sit each one under timed conditions and then mark it against the mark scheme, noting vocabulary and grammar slips as you go. Starting with November 2020 and saving June 2025 for last lets you see how far you have come over the year.
Reschedule is an A-level revision planner. You add your subjects, exam board, the date of each paper and the hours you can study, and it builds a daily plan down to individual subtopics, each one placed before the paper that examines it. Past papers with mark schemes are added to the plan for each paper. It is independent and not affiliated with any exam board.
