AQA A-level German past papers and mark schemes
16 papers · November 2020 – June 2025
AQA A-level German, specification 7662, is listed here with three papers. Paper 1: Listening, reading and writing (7662/1) takes 2 hours 30 minutes and is out of 100, and Paper 2: Writing (7662/2) takes 2 hours and is out of 80. Each has 7 papers across 6 exam series, November 2020 to June 2025, including specimen material.
Paper 3: Speaking (7662/3T/3V) is listed with 23 minutes and only 2 files, so you will have much less material for it here than for the other two papers. In total there are 16 files, each with a mark scheme, and 5 include an insert. Everything is hosted by AQA, the board that sets the papers. Practise Paper 1 and Paper 2 in full under exam timing, then mark them against the mark scheme and keep a running list of recurring errors to work on. Holding the most recent series back for your final weeks gives you a fair check of where you stand.
Reschedule can turn this into a plan. It is an A-level revision planner that builds each day's work from the specification down to individual subtopics, and it adds past papers with mark schemes for each paper. Because every paper has its own date, each subtopic is scheduled before the paper that examines it.
